| Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, Electronic Check (by phone), and Cashier's Check. By May 1, all payment transactions will be accepted through Paypal Payment Services. Q. Do you have to have an account with Paypal in order to use the above payment methods. A. No, Paypal has been setup as our payment provider to receive funds for the services we provide. Q. What services are considered at a daily, weekly, or monthly rate? A. The determining factor will be whether or not you need Your Personal Assistant on a full-time or part-time basis. (Hourly rates are generally based on an as needed basis). Q. What is the fee structure? A. All Silver, Gold, and Platinum Packages have a predetermined rate. Please contact us for assistance. (Customized Package fees will vary based upon the customer's needs). Q. What do you mean by "stipulations" on your Pet Services Package? A. We will only service cats and dogs. Rate factors apply on dogs according to size. There will be an additional charge based on weight and multiple animals. Dogs over 50 pounds will be walked but not transported at this time. Q. Are Personal Assistants allowed to travel for overnight and/or for extended periods of time? A. Your Personal Assistant will be available to travel for additional service charges. All travel and lodging expenses is the customer's responsibility. Q. Do you offer Childcare services? A. No, we currently do not offer Childcare services. Q. Do you offer Elderly care services? A. No, we currently do not offer Elderly care services. Q. Will my information be shared with third parties? A. No, we will not share confidential information with advertisers or any outside agencies unless required by law. Q. Are the personal assistants screened before they are hired? A. Yes, all of our personal assistants undergo drug testing, criminal background investigations, and we also offer random drug screening. |
